Stephanie Carter-Davis is the company manager and brings to the organization a wealth of business skills. Stephanie id the daughter of the late George Carter who was the owner of Carter Fuel Company which distributed heating oil to many residents in the Washington DC area. It was from working at the Carter Fuel company dealing with the vendors and employees is where the skills to manage a staff and cast of a theatre company came from. Stephanie also over see's and monitors all contracts that are issued. She is well respected by all and is someone you would want on your team. She recently completed her master degree certificate.
